By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms & conditions. Do not continue to use MENUSUITE.com if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Basic Definitions

The services (“Services”) are provided by MENUSUITE.com. (“MENUSUITE”), with offices in Thessaloniki Greece. The MENUSUITE website (“Site”) is a service for use by registered users (“Accounts”). The Site and Services are the wholly-owned, copyrighted property of DIGILAB8.com (“Company”), and are subject to Greek and international copyright protection laws. MENUSUITE is trademarked.

2. Requirement to Be in Good Standing

Usage Rights are granted to individual customers that have an active (not cancelled) account with a valid username and password at MENUSUITE.com. The Company may revoke privileges to anyone it believes is abusing the Site, as well as seek legal remedies necessary to protect its copyrights and intellectual property.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel service to anyone it deems to be creating offensive material.

3. Account Renewals

If you purchase a subscription plan or add-on, your account will renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the subscription term you have chosen. If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you will be charged the then-current rate using the credit card on file to extend your account for another term.

You also have the option to pause your account for a specified period of time. While your account is paused, you will not be charged, but your online products will not be active. You can manage your subscription at any time by accessing your Account Settings page, and your current subscription status will be displayed on your account page.

4. Free Accounts

Free accounts (if available) give you access to our online menu but with some limitations comparing to paid plans, as long as advertisements inline with your menu. We may update or change features that are accessible via our free plans at any time. If you sign up for a paid subscription and cancel in the future, it is necessary to sign back up with a valid credit card for access to your account. We do offer a free account option once you have purchased one of our plans.

5. Paid Accounts, Services & Refunds

Our subscription-based service of QR Menu/Catalog is designed with flexibility and customer satisfaction in mind. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our subscriptions, including material submission guidelines, payment terms, and our refund policy.

Subscription-Based QR Menu/Catalog Plans

All our QR menu/catalog plans are subscription-based, tailored to provide your business with a cutting-edge presentation solution. Whether you’re showcasing your restaurant’s menu or a catalog of products, our service is designed to meet your needs.

Payment Details

Payment card details are necessary for the first payment and the charges are going though the ultra secured payment gateway provided by Stripe.com. Stripe.com stores all the payment info and we do not have any access to this information.

Refund Policy
  • Within 30-Days After the First Payment: Refunds are available once the first payment has been made and within 30 days after the first payment.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: After the initial 30-day period from the start of your subscription, you can also cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel after a billing cycle has begun, the remainder of that month’s subscription will be refunded, calculated from the date the cancellation request is made.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: If you opt for a yearly subscription and decide to cancel after your first payment, you will be charged for a single month of the plan. The remainder of your subscription will be refunded, calculated from the date of your cancellation request.
How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Access Your Account: Log into your account at https://menusuite.com/account/subscriptions/.
  2. Navigate: Choose the subscription you wish to cancel.
  3. Cancel: Click the red “Cancel” button under actions to proceed with your cancellation.

6. Effect of Cancellation or Payment Failure

If you cancel your account, then you will no longer have access to the features and privileges of MENUSUITE.com. Any web links you have established for QR codes, Online Menus and Link Pages can be deactivated at our own will. File storage (if any) is not guaranteed for cancelled accounts. Designs may be subject to removal and deletion. If your form of payment fails after several renewal attempts, your account will move to cancelled status. Reactivating a cancelled account requires payment at the most current rates.

7. Pricing

We reserve the right to raise or lower our prices or to offer special discounts. If your Account is affected by a price change, you will be notified in email or on the site, and given the opportunity to cancel if desired. We have no way of guaranteeing that you will receive our notifications in a timely manner. All prices are in Euro, US Dollar & British Pound.

8. Payments & Taxes

Payment Processing 
Payments for products sold on this website are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe is responsible for securely processing payments and ensuring that your payment information is protected. By using this website, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.

Taxes
Prices listed on this website are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added to the total cost of your order during the checkout process. The tax amount is based on your location.

Business Customers – B2B
If you are a business-to-business (B2B) customer, you may be eligible to have the applicable taxes deducted from your order if you provide a valid VAT number during the checkout process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the VAT number you provide is accurate and up-to-date. Please note that the tax amount will be calculated based on the location of the business and the product being sold, and will be calculated using our internal tax engine. During checkout, please select “Invoice” instead of “Receipt” in order to receive an invoice that includes the applicable taxes and VAT number. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for tax deductions, or have any questions or concerns regarding VAT numbers, please contact us before placing your order.

Payment Information
Stripe may collect certain information from you during the payment process, such as your name, email address, and payment information. Stripe’s collection and use of this information is governed by their privacy policy. Please note that we do not have access to or control over this payment information, as it is processed and stored solely by Stripe.

Refunds
Refunds for products purchased on this website are processed through Stripe. If you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds, please contact us.

Changes to Payment and Tax Policies
We reserve the right to change our payment and tax policies at any time without notice. Any changes will be reflected in the terms and conditions on this website.

9. Software and File Compatibility

We are constantly updating our software platform. Our software versions and file formats become obsolete and unusable over time as we strive to keep up with advances in hosting services, operating systems and browsers. We strive to minimize adverse affects on customers, offering extended periods of notifications, support, instructions, and pathways for updating. Our customer success agents are trained to help you. Obsolete or unusable files may be archived, removed and/or permanently deleted from your Account at any time.

10. Content license from MENUSUITE.com

All Accounts may use the Services to create business Content in the form of menus, flyers and other promotional materials, and are hereby granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Content for any restaurant, business, personal or charitable purpose. When Services are cancelled or interrupted for any reason, Accounts may continue to use any part of the Content that doesn’t require ongoing access to the Services, i.e. not hosted by MENUSUITE.com. Stock images and graphics available on the site may only be used in combination with templates, and not copied or used in original form.

11. Content Submissions from Accounts

By uploading content, including menu copy, designs, names, prices, logos, marketing graphics, food photos, ideas, concepts, or any other type of content (collectively “Your Content”), in the ordinary course of using the Services, you hereby grant and, where applicable, warrant that the owner of such content or intellectual property has expressly granted MENUSUITE.com and its customers and partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable and transferable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and publicly display Your Content in any manner. The intent of this grant is to enable the Company to successfully deliver our full range of business printing and publishing services, as well as for Company promotional purposes.

By uploading Your Content to the Services, you warrant that you have all necessary licenses and permissions to use and share Your Content and the rights necessary to grant the licenses in these terms. 

You will indemnify us from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to Your Content, your use of the Services or your violation of these terms. 

It is the Company’s absolute policy to reject any materials which, at the Company’s sole discretion, it considers to be obscene, in bad taste or in any other way inappropriate (whether or not to print such materials would be illegal or unlawful).

12. Google Account Login

When using Google’s social login to create an account on our web store, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account information, including your password.

  • You agree to comply with Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • You authorize us to collect and use the information provided by Google to create and maintain your account on our web store.

  • You agree to receive communications from us regarding your account and orders, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and promotional offers.

  • You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any issues or errors that may arise from the use of Google’s social login feature, including but not limited to authentication failures, account access issues, or data breaches.

13. Rights and Access Privileges Do Not Transfer

MENUSUITE.com Accounts may not be transferred, shared, traded or sold.

14. Additional Users & Locations

Each account can be used by the Account holder or any other user that the Account holder gives permission. Account holder is solely responsible for keeping username and password in good shape and MENUSUITE.com does not hold ant liability in the event of theft, loss or misuse.

15. Additional Locations

Each one online menu with order message capabilities is best to have a unique mobile number for ordering purposes. Also, your online menu offered by MENUSUITE.com can be used in any location or locations that your business is. Just make sure that everything is working correctly and you do not confuse your guests. We strive to provide the best possible guest experience.

16. Limitation of Warranty and Liability

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services.

MENUSUITE.com makes no warranties as to the fitness, correctness, reliability, or merchantability of the Services, Content, or Site for a particular purpose. MENUSUITE.com provides no assurances or warranties that the Site or Services will be free from errors, omissions, incompatibilities, interruptions, or other risks commonly associated with the use of computers, software, or the Internet. MENUSUITE.com has no obligation to service or remedy any aspect of the Site or Services. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE “AS IS”. 

MENUSUITE.com also makes no warranties about the reliability or capabilities of its publishing partners on social media or the internet. Partner websites and policies, third party software stability, and internet connection speeds are out of our control. 

IN NO EVENT WILL MENUSUITE.com & DIGILAB8.com, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF MENUSUITE.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms is limited to EUR €50 or the aggregate amount that you paid for access to the Service during the three month period preceding the event giving arise to the liability, whichever is larger. This limitation will apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of the liability exceeding the amount and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. The limitations and exclusions of this Section apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Unathorized Use of Products

The unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of this web product’s code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or any other method aimed at obtaining or recreating the original source code.

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license to use this web product and may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to seek legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief, monetary damages, and legal costs, for any unauthorized use or violation of these terms.

18. Use of Logos and Custom Themes for Advertisement and Portfolio Purposes

Additionally, MENUSUITE.com reserves the right to utilize any logos and custom themes created by users solely for advertisement and portfolio purposes. MENUSUITE.com may use these materials without seeking explicit permission, given that the content is digitized and hosted by MENUSUITE.com for the provision of its services.

About These Terms

We may modify these terms, or add additional terms, at any time to better reflect changes to laws, our Services or our business practices. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll make reasonable efforts to post notices of significant modifications to the terms on our website or in email notices to Accounts. Changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service. 

These terms constitute the entire agreement and control the relationship between MENUSUITE.com and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights. 

ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE USAGE TERMS SHALL BE HEARD IN THE CITY OF THESSALONIKI, GREECE AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF GREECE. 

If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
